Absolutevets.com is an online medical consultancy service. The system enables you to post questions on your medical concerns. These questions are to be answered by our doctors along with treatment suggestions.

How quickly do you turn around with the reply?
There are four types of the consultations and the time frame for the reply varies from 1 minute to 48 hours depending on selected type. Please refer to our help.
What if I am not satisfied?
It is our biggest concern to make sure all our patients are satisfied with the service we offer, however if by any chance you are not satisfied, please write to us at support@absolutevets.com and we will take all the steps we can to meet with your satisfaction, failing which we will refund your money in full.
Do you charge again if I need to clarify something after the first reply?
No. You won't be charged again if something remains unanswered. However all the clarifications should be in the course of the original question of yours (means they have to be clarifications and not separate unrelated questions).
How about my privacy?
Your privacy is extremely important for us. We assure you that none of your personal details will ever be disclosed to anyone without your prior written permission. All information you share with us is strictly confidential.
What payment methods do you accept?
